Introduction
A water treatment plant based in Rosslyn is seeking a Finance Assistant to support daily financial operations. The role involves handling invoicing, purchase orders, and assisting with cost tracking and sales administration.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and process customer invoices
- Create and manage purchase orders
- Assist with cost tracking and expense allocation
- Support sales administration and reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with general finance/admin duties as required
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic numerical and analytical skills
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant finance/accounting certificate or qualification
- Experience working with Sage (essential)
- Basic understanding of financial processes and bookkeeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Package & Remuneration
Salary:
- R11,000 CTC per month
