Job Description

We are is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Specialist to join our team. In
this role, you will be responsible for growing sales and expanding the consultant base through coaching,
mentoring, and support.

The main duties include:
Implement and drive Sales plans in the field
Drive growth of sales and consultant base
Increase sales metrics, such as consultant trading and potential leaders identified
Increase identified consultants’ business and downline growth
Identify training gaps and assist consultants with action plans, including goals and timelines
Coach and mentor consultants on developing their team structure within the compensation plan
Facilitate and present business training for consultants
Travel across South Africa to engage with consultants and attend corporate and training events
Plan, design, and conduct mentoring, coaching, and training interventions
Manage ad-hoc projects as required

Required skills, knowledge and attributes:
Post-secondary education (degree or equivalent) or recognized prior learning
At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar role
Strong computer skills in office administration packages, including Outlook, MS Word, and Excel
Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
Analytical experience and strong business development skills
Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Afrikaans
Ability to inspire, motivate, coach, manage, and grow people
Customer-oriented, friendly demeanour and ability to work independently
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively under stress
Flexible with time and mobility and valid driver's license
