Introduction

A leading company within the financial services sector, based in East Rand is looking for an Executioner.

The Executioner is responsible for implementing all client instructions accurately and efficiently after the advisor meeting, ensuring that submissions are complete, tracked, followed through, and communicated back to both the advisor and the client.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Executioner is responsible for implementing all client instructions accurately and efficiently after the advisor meeting, ensuring that submissions are complete, tracked, followed through, and communicated back to both the advisor and the client.

Practical responsibilities

Pre-submission

• receive and interpret advisor instructions
• review meeting outcomes and notes
• check supporting documents
• prepare provider-specific paperwork
• ensure compliance requirements are met
• identify outstanding items before submission

Submission

• capture and submit all instructions accurately
• upload documents to provider portals
• send formal instructions where required
• log submissions on CRM/workflow systems
• record expected turnaround times

Follow-up

• track all pending items
• follow up with providers, admin teams and clients
• resolve rejections, queries and outstanding requirements
• escalate urgent matters to the advisor or manager

Completion

• confirm implementation has been finalised
• provide feedback to client
• update the advisor
• close the case on the system
• ensure all documents are saved correctly

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum & ideal qualifications:

• BCom Degree
• BCom Hons

Minimum & ideal previous experience:

• No experience

• Previous paraplanner or administrator experience at an actual Financial Planning office (not head office)

Package & Remuneration

R 12 000 – R 18 000 CTC pm.
