- Assist with the Preparation of Financial Statements: Support in the preparation of financial statements for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Perform Audits and Assurance Services: Assist in performing audits and assurance services for clients, following auditing procedures and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
- Conduct Financial Analysis and Provide Recommendations: Conduct basic financial analysis, identify trends, and provide recommendations to clients under the supervision of the Audit Manager or senior accountants.
- Prepare and Review Tax Returns: Assist in preparing and reviewing tax returns for clients, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Ensure Compliance with Accounting Standards and Regulations: Ensure that all work complies with applicable accounting standards, auditing guidelines, and regulatory requirements, including SAICA, SAIPA, CIMA and ISA standards.
- Participate in Client Meetings and Presentations: Participate in client meetings and presentations, assisting in explaining audit findings, financial statements, and recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with Senior and Team Members: Work closely with senior and other team members on various client projects, ensuring smooth execution and quality deliverables.
- Maintain Accurate and Up-to-Date Financial Records: Ensure that all financial records are accurately maintained and updated, supporting efficient auditing and financial reporting processes.
