Site Supervision & Coordination:

• Supervise daily electrical reticulation activities on site.
• Allocate tasks to electricians, cable jointers, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades.
• Ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications, and construction schedules.

Electrical Reticulation Works:

• Oversee installation of MV/LV cables, conduits, ducts, trenches, and pits.
• Supervise cable pulling, jointing, terminations, and testing.
• Ensure correct installation of transformers, switchgear, kiosks, and substations.
• Monitor reinstatement works and final commissioning support.

Health, Safety & Compliance:

• Enforce site safety rules and electrical safety procedures.
• Conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, and safety inspections.
• Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, standards, and utility requirements.
• Report incidents, near misses, and hazards promptly.

Quality Control:

• Inspect workmanship and materials to ensure quality standards are met.
• Verify testing results and ensure proper documentation.
• Rectify defects and manage punch lists.

Planning & Reporting:

• Assist with work planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
• Maintain site records, daily reports, and material usage logs.
• Identify potential delays or issues and propose solutions.

Materials & Equipment:

• Manage tools, plant, and equipment on site.
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure correct storage.
• Minimize waste and prevent damage or loss.
