Duties & Responsibilities
Production Operations
- Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising daily production activities.
- Ensure production schedules are followed to meet customer order deadlines.
- Monitor production output and adjust workflows to improve efficiency.
- Support the coordination of raw materials, packaging materials, and production resources.
- Assist in managing production lines for seasoning blends, flavour compounds, and related products.
Quality & Food Safety Compliance
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards such as FSSC 22000, GMP, and food manufacturing regulations.
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to maintain product specifications and standards.
- Assist with internal audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Ensure proper documentation of batch records and production logs.
Inventory & Raw Material Management
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure raw materials are available for production.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Monitor key production metrics such as output, efficiency, downtime, and waste.
- Provide production updates to the Production Manager and senior management.
Draw monthly production reports
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualifications
Education
- Diploma or Degree in:
- Food Science
- Food Technology
- Production Management
- Industrial Engineering
- Operations Management
or a related field.
Experience
- 3–5 years’ experience in food manufacturing or food processing.
- Experience in seasoning, spice blending, or flavour manufacturing is an advantage.
Experience in a B2B food manufacturing environment preferred.
